We charge a planning fee for this service based on the number of travelers and length of the trip. We will be available for you from the moment you contact us until you get home and start thinking about your next trip.
Accommodations
RTT is a member of Virtuoso, an elite travel consortium of the top travel providers in the world which includes travel agencies, luxury hotel groups, cruises, tour operators and everything in between. When our clients book their hotel stays through us, they receive VIP status and a standard set of complimentary perks (think daily breakfast, hotel credits, priority room upgrades, welcome amenity and more), while paying the same or potentially better than the hotel’s published rates. You never pay more by booking through us.
Every booking receives RTT’s special touch, which means the hotel knows you and your preferences when you arrive, making your stay personalized and memorable.
Ticketing
Getting from point A to point B can be stressful. We have a dedicated air specialist who has access to the best fares and knows the best routes that can make your travel more seamless and comfortable. We can also assist with ground transportation–whether you go by car or train, we got you covered.
We charge a service for each ticket booked and will help with changes and/or cancellations.
Destination Events
Organizing an event can be even more challenging than booking a trip. From intimate celebrations to corporate retreats, we handle all the coordination for you so that all you need to do is to enjoy the event. We manage your group’s travel logistics, venue and room block contracts, and connect you with our network of vendors to ensure a successful execution that will leave attendees talking about your event for years to come.
